INACF By-Laws

The INACF Bylaws serve as the formal governing rules of the organization. They provide structure for operations and management while ensuring clarity, accountability, and compliance with state and federal nonprofit laws. These bylaws establish the framework for organizational functioning, define the roles and responsibilities of members, the Executive Committee, and Governing Board officers, and outline the affiliation with the National Association of Indian Nurses of America (NAINA). The bylaws are reviewed and updated every term to reflect changes in organizational needs and legal requirements.
